I've not had any issues with rustoleum. Never had any luck with the fast dry paint just the normal stuff from Walmart has been fine.

I always use min-wax poly over Rustoleum with no issues. I use both Fletch tape and or NPV adhesive.

The answer is "probably". In general poly will go over most finishes, but with all finishes it's best to try some on a sample piece.

Never had a Problem with Poly over Anything Acrylic Paint-Wise. Testors, Rustoleum, or Walrus Worlds Best!!
