Looking at a 60" hoots longbow for those who own them or have owned them how do they compare to say a shrew or kanati speed quiet how they shoot looks like they brace higher thnx

BOWMARKS

I have a Hoots a Shrew and a Kanati, all are 56" bows the Hoots and Shrew are bow bolt take down but the Hoots has more mass weight and a slightly larger riser.

It is very hard to compare these three bows they are all fun to shoot all good lookers and quiet bows.

I would go with the Hoots over the other's because of the mass weight and the larger grip, just fits me better.

Have never shot thru a chrono so I can not compare speeds.
Like the looks of all they are all made by very good bowyers

You are going to have a hard choice to make.    :dunno:
Kanati Long Bow 56"-45#@27"
Hoot's Long Bow 56"-45#@27"
Shrew Classic Hunter 56"-47#@28"

i have a shrew -kanati and a hoots curve,my second hoots curve,i had a 60" hoots LB but with my short draw i prefer the kanati and shrew,it was maybe an older hoots LB and the grip was very thin i would find out if his newer LBs have a grip like his curves do now.
