unstring a TD bow

Goggle Archery golf you should get some idea.Sorry did not see someone had already explained it.

I play golf too which is neither here nor there. I carry most of my bows strung and in a protective case. They fit neatly across the back seat or maybe a couple have to be cocked up a little. Or you could prop them up like a passenger. Unstringing and taking down a bow, packing it up, putting it back together, restringing, shooting, only to do it all over again to go home is a chore I wouldn't look forward to.

question is why are these stupid unstringing or casing laws still on the books?  Compound guys don't have to unstring
