My 2219s cut to 29.5" are too weak for my 68# recurve when used with 200 grain points.  Would I be wasting my time with CX Heritage 350 shafts?  The old and stiffer 250s are too weak.  Really want to keep the point weight at 200 grains so I can you the same broadheads for two bows.

Thanks but I already have 250s for my 63# longbow.  350s are the only spine left.  I have a new and an old one.  Just don't want to start cutting it if I am wasting time on too weak of a shaft.

I am guesing the Northern mist is a little less center cut so that would put me in the ball park.

I shoot Heritage 350, 31" BOP with 200 gr. pt. out of my Acadian Woods one-piece recurve, which pulls 61# @ my 30 1/2" draw length.  And I use the same arrows out of my 68" Gary Sentman Elite Classic that pulls 60# @ my draw length.

Why don't you just build out your side plate a little bit? Simple inexpensive fix, and should dial in those 2219's.

350's might be perfect, I'd give em a try for sure

Bear Heart

Full length with 200 grain shot great and showed good on paper tuning. Gives me a 625 grain arrow.

I shot 350's from an RER XR that was 54#@28".  They were cut to 30" and had 250 gr. up front.  I draw 27 1/2".

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.
