Stu's Calculator/strike plate?

Playing around with Stu's, I have no idea what to enter for strike plate thickness. I have the standard Black Widow rest/plate. Anyone know the measurement?

While industrial velcro easily compresses down to ~.045, I stick with .063(1/16").

Doesn't imply that this is correct, however it establishes consistency since all of my bows sport velcro side plates.

You can measure it up, but most of the times 1/16 is right indeed.
