Isn't she one of the nicest people you will ever talk to on the phone?  Every time I speak with her I want to order something.  She is so helpful and gets right back to you with info or pictures.  I know it makes the wait for my Tip on order seem shorter talking to her.

Agreed, they are just awesome to deal with, the patience this woman has is of mythical proportions. I currently await my new tip and have been hounding Beth with questions and uncertainty. Even the payment arrangements were relaxed due to the zaRand to us$ Exchange rate currently so I don't have to pay double for my bow. A big South African thank you and may you be blessed with continuous good fortune throughout your lives!

The Windauer's set the bar in bow building and customer service IMO. Beth and Dave have always taken time for my Silvertip projects in which they have exceeded my expectation on every account.
