Well I think I found my problem out why my arrows seem to be under spined but are shooting perfect.  My brace Height was at 6 1/2 and I am reading and it was mentioned on another one of my post it should be around 8 or 9.  My question is how many twist can I safely put in the string to make it correct.  I am guessing it is the right string, I mean I got the bow at bass pro shop

Strings that come with bows are notorious for not fitting right.  You can twist it until it gets 2 twists per inch.  Much more than that and the string begins to get bound up and loses efficiency.  Check out SBD bowstrings, one of the sponsors of TradGang.  If you decide to use them, call them the first time and discuss your specific bow with them.  Or learn to make your own. Replacing bowstrings is a routine part of bow maintenance, and fortunately don't cost very much.

I would start around 8" BH with that bow.  I doubt that you will want to go all the way to 9", but evidently that has worked out for some other people.

That is alot to twist up,I would get another string.You don't want so many twists that when unstrung the string curls up.I make my own strings so for me I would just make another one.There are some good string makers on this site that can help you out.Store bought strings may not be as accurate as a custom string on their length.

2 - 2 1/2" is more twist than I would put on a string. Twist it up to whatever length you need to get the brace height you want. Then measure the string and order one that length. That said if it's shooting perfect what's the problem?

Okay I am sorry for the confusion but I have been posting on different topics then something new comes a long.  I am shooting,

Gold tip 600 30" 145 gr up front.  I have been shooting different arrows (bare shaft kit)  With different tips.  This set up by far shoots near perfect.  That being said it is 390.4 total gr. arrow which leads me to 8.3 gr. per #

On my other post the consensus is this arrow should be under spined and pushing the light side for hunting.  So I have been trying different set ups with my bare shafts and I prob could get away with 600 gold tip 28" with 200 gr. up front but not sure.  500 and 400 I cant even get close to a good bare shaft flight using 100 gr. up to 250 gr. up front.  I adjusted my brace height just under 8" by twisting the string and a lot of noise is gone in the bow, which makes me happy;but now, you guys are saying it might be to many twist.  

I prob going to take the advice on SBD and call and order something new. So I basically got my brace height now I measure the string from being of loop on each end? or the entire sting off the bow?

I think SBD's website has a form for you to fill out. They would like to know the AMO length of your bow (60"?) and the actual length of the bowstring you want. But they will probably help you with anything you're not sure of.

String off, hang on a nail and measure end to end. The tricky part will be not letting all that twist spin loose when you take it off the bow.

Alternately, just measure nock to nock with the bow strung and add 1". You'll be close enough.

So I don't want to subtract 4" from the bow length and order that string?

That's a rule of thumb, but strings vary from bow to bow. As was advised, get the brace height you want, and then measure the actual length of the string. Strings shoot best when they have the right amount of twists in them, within a reasonable range.
