Hey Guys
Looking to put a elevated rest on a Recurve for better arrow flight. Is one better than the other and if so why ?

Thanks and Merry Christmas

I have used both......both work well. I would get which ever is cheaper,,,,lol!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Weatherest. My dad had one on his bow for about 10 years! Can't wear that thing out!

I've used both, and prefer the Hoyt Super rest. It might look flimsy, but have never broken one yet. But either one will do the job.

In frigid conditions the Bear is not as brittle. I think the Hoyt works better in less than frigid conditions, my wife's recurve had one on it for years until the sticky stuff let loose, then she went to a verticle feather rest.  She liked that better.

Performance wise, they both improve arrow flight. I'd say if you are shooting with a plunger then use the Hoyt. If not use the Bear.
