Just bought a used Thunderstick lll. Super clean, like new. Shoots right where I look. It has a knock in it. Sounds like arrow hitting riser or rest. Tried all different spine arrows, moved nock point and brace height. Still has knock in it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Might try a little baby powder on the shelf area to determine if there is excessive contact.

If its a 3pc, put a bunch of wax under the limbs and around the bolt threads.

It's either a spine problem, a brace height that's too low, a nock point that's too low, or something in your form, probably plucking.  You say you've moved the brace height and nocking point.  May need to make bigger adjustments than you have.  Only work with one at a time.  What is your current brace height and height of nock point above the shelf?

I've gone as high as 3/4" high and 3/8" low on nock point. The bowyer recommend 7" brace height and go up from there. I've gone as high as 7 1/2". I've shot 50-55lb cedars, 2018 aluminums, microflite 8,9,&10's through it and still have a knock in it. Replaced rest also.

I have a bow that if you put a bottom limb protector on it no matter what spine arrow or anything else,the arrows bangs off the riser.Only bow I ever experienced this with.

I agree with Orion.  It's got to be one of the four issues he listed.  Did a string come with the bow?  Contact the previous owner and see how they had it set up if you can.    I would still bet on brace height.  Eliminate that option first before you start other adjustments.

In addition to all the good suggestions above, you might try double nocking points; one above and one below the nock.  Some bows do better set up that way.

Two nock point for sure to eliminate slide down. I like to use a little white electrical tape.  You can try some masking tape also.  Put it on the rest and loose over the shelf.  You should be able to see rubs if you are hitting.  

Are you shooting split of 3U?  Is your draw a true 28"?  Most TS bows I have had will shoot reasonable with 5/8" knock point height both spit and 3U, but everyone is different.  

See if you can measure center cut.  Makes a big difference.  I have two MOAB's with different center cut and they like quite different arrows.

Have you had someone else shoot the bow? If they don't get the same knock, then it may be a form issue.(plucking)

If you have a dry erase marker (blue works well) try shooting an arrow with a 1/2" wide "cresting ring" painted on the arrow in front of the fletching and shoot a bit. Look at the arrow and the bow. If you see any marks on either (rubs/scuffs in blue) then that's where you're hitting. If no marks are left, try a ring about 1/2" wide between the nock and the top of the fletching and do the same. If nothing still, try a mark along the lower inside part of the arrow (arrow horizontal and ready to shoot on the bow lower- not point lower) between fletching the full length of the fletching and the part closest to the bow shelf that's likely to hit and see what's happening. Through trial and error you can figure it out this way. The dry erase should clean off/up easily with windex or any mild glass cleaner.

Try cock feather in.

Sound to me like you are torqueing the limbs. Try working with gripping it differently. I know if I don't hold my bows right they will make the same sound. Try holding the bow loosely. Try different hand placement etc. You have a fine bow so I don't think it's an equipment problem.

What is your draw length? Try short drawing the bow by an inch and fling a few arrows to see if you still get the clank off the riser.
