Archer statue

This statue stands on the bank of Lake Otsego in Cooperstown, NY. I thought you might like this as much as I do.

Neat! I'd like to find a link to a bigger pic. Reminds me of a sculpture that I did in high school, of a Plains Indian and his dog.

Not really sure bones. I think that there was a plaque but I was so struck by the statue I honestly have no recollection what it said. The statue appears to be overlooking the lake. Quite beautiful. And seems a little out of place for the home of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
