I've had no problem blowing thru the flat portion of a shoulder blade on hogs and deer with Muzzy's off my recurves, but hit the rib in the shoulder blade with anything and that is a different issue!
They'll be no quitters till we bag us some critters!

Funny.  I've yet to knock a deer over with an arrow or make it skid sideways.  Good thing they don't know they're not solid.

Oh well.  Take away what you will.  See you all next fall.

BTW ... both came out of the OSB just fine.

Not trying to impugn your results there.  I see what you do.

The Muzzy is a good head, been around for a while.  That bow and arrow / head combination is lethal, for sure.

Just saying that the deer is not static.  Even a little movement on its part, or of its parts makes a big difference.

BTW,  shoot the shoulder blade and the board with a blunt.  If you have enough bow, it will blow thru either better than a broadhead because it punches a hole the size of the shaft, not just a slit.

Also BTW, our bows do not generate the amount of force to be able to knock a healthy deer over (without a spine impact) or even make it skid.

Lastly.... please don't go away till next fall, keep talking to us all year, your company is welcome.

Muzzy's are good heads. Been around for a while and will continue to because they work.

145g 4blade has always been good to me

I don't shoot them now because I shoot wood......

Muzzys are probably as good a head as any out there.
