Seems to me things are selling at a rapid pace now compared to before. I like the new format.

With due respect to the site administrators and problems caused by classifieds cheaters, for me the new approach and mandated 'contribution' seems too much like a hidden user fee or tax.  I also don't see how it would have much success for deterring cheating.  Wouldn't shysters be just as willing to spend $30 for a year's worth of 'cheating opportunities', for gear mostly falling in the $200 to $600 (i.e., of fairly high value) range?  And why is simply looking at the classifieds grouped into the same fee structure as using them?  

Still a great site for sure, but for me the change is one that just doesn't add up.

For one thing, I have a feeling that now, since one pays $30, the admins will have a name and address  (due to payment by check or paypal) and that cheaters can now be prosecuted, banned for good, or somehow otherwise dealt with.

This is just a guess, and probably if one really and truly wants to live a life of crime, preying on good tradgang members, there may not be any real way to stop this....who knows...I can't think like a crook, but also...

Remember, Terry said there is a way we can get our money back in the future.

Never had a problem with the old. Great people to deal with on TG. Need to bet in gear after season and become a member to do some trading again. Right now it is saving me a ton of cash not being able to buy. I am sure enjoying the other parts of the sight now that I am not spending all my time on classified
