No pics in digital format. For me it was USAR 89-95, my bro in the NG a few years later . Dad was in Vietnam in the Army and all of my nephews served the Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan, all of them returned safely and are thriving in society. Most of the males in my family have felt compelled to" EARN "their freedoms.   :goldtooth:

I was in the Army from '99 to '01, medical/honorable discharge. Never made it to my first duty station, but not for lack of trying.

My only "son" (ex-stepson, but still my boy) just finished basic training for the Navy, and I couldn't be more proud of him!

I can't post pics either, sorry.

Thank you and God Bless, to all of our Vets!!!! Past, present and future!

We have a great bunch of guys and gals here.  Went in on Valentines Day in '66 and got out 2 days after Veterans day in '70.  Spent most of the time 'listening' in Turkey.  Like most of us, young and 'afraid' but survived the experience.  Happy Veterans Day to all.

Sadly, I have VERY few pictures of myself when I was in.  The ones I do have, my Mom proudly displays on her wall alongside my Dad and Grandpa, who both retired from the service.

My Mom was born in Germany 5 October 1942.  She is fully aware of the need for the best, most equiped military consisting of the finest young men and women who serve the greatest country in the world.  She saw/lived what others are capable of and wishes no other person to go thru what she did.

Thank you to all who served before me, and to those who served after me.  We are a Fraternaty of many from all walks of life, but if a brother EVER needs a hand, we are the first to step up and help them.
