I just want to acknowledge the awesome service that I have received from Big Jims. I am in New Zealand and recently ordered some stuff from there. There was a mistake made with my order, nothing huge but annoying. I contacted them, more in an attempt to prevent it happening to someone else than anything. What they did to put it right has absolutely blown me away as it must of taken any profit from the sale.

So a public Thank You to Big Jims.

I placed my first order with Big Jim's Monday and my package is in the mail today. Web site was easy to navigate and find what they had to offer and that they had everything I wanted. I am liking Big Jims.

They are good people to deal with for sure.  I had placed an order for some GT Blems and some fletching this fall, and as luck would have it the USPS lost it .  Contacted Big Jims Bow Company, they ran a trace (without success)  and promptly sent me another order.  I am very pleased with their service.

My son and I both shoot Big Jim's Buffalo Bows and we both agree that they are the best bows (performance and workmanship) that we've ever shot. We have 65 years of shooting experience combined and have owned/shot many, many bows.
