I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

this is one I threw together last year on a drawing hunt, so maybe someone is hunting from it this year that got drawn to hunt this area.

had a nice big (COLD) flat rock to sit on.

That stone one is the best........
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Those last few must be in great locations to be putting in that much work. Are they year after year producers? The stone hut looks cool. I don't think my 70" longbow would work in it though. I would be curious to see what you look like inside with you bow.

The blind with the stone is built up against a blow down on my land. Built it this last March in prep. for Turkey season. I missed the biggest gobbler Iv' ever had the privilege of missing. I haven't hunted it this fall, but It's in a great location for Deer and will be hunting it later in the season.I own 75 acres of hunting land with numerous stands and 3 ground blinds. The stone one is the most elaborate. My brother missed a Doe from it with his self bow earlier in the season.I shoot my Hill bows out of it just fine. It's roomier than it looks. The front window is just for vision. Fun to build and hunt from- comfortable too.

One for Sika deer I was in Friday night. The one I got a shot but missed Sat night I didn't take a picture of but it was a blowdown surrounded by greenbriars.

On my property, a pine bough blind. I've killed a doe, missed an 8 point buck at 12 yards at dark and passed on countless other does and small bucks some as close as 5 yards. I have a windvane near it that will tell me whether it's good to hunt it that evening.
