You know when you ran into a crowd of girls smelling of testosterone and dying for some smoochin.. Well tonight I got the same reaction from the ladies..Seems I put a little to much buck urine in some very active scrapes .. they came out looking pretty and well dressed only to smell that overzealous buck..The lead doe looked at the other two and said he is way to eager and I don't feel up to an all nighter, then they were gone, had em at 30 yds..No shot..Guess I need to play a little harder to get..Dagumit

Where does one find a crowd of girls smelling of testosterone? Roller Derby?  :confused:
Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Edited because of stupid insensitivity...

I saw a link of chain and HAD to yank it!  ;)   Actually, since most does have not gotten the urge yet, buck urine is probably a good repellent for them. I suspect that some does are in, though, as I have been seeing a lot of fawns out on their own. Some are taking serious naps, and some are just out browsing, both button and doe fawns. Bucks here are starting to roam, and I have seen a lot of them on the road as well.  :(  If one has one's heart set on a buck, the use of a little urine and some rattling antlers would be one of my druthers at this time. I usually use doe urine, though, when I use a scent, as it can attract both buck and doe.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Goodbye Shiner you were always a good dog.
