I have an opportunity to get my hands on a 56" Black Widow SAG series recurve and was curious about any stacking issues. I have a 29+ draw length and this bow's specs are 54@27". I guess my question is this, will this bow be a smooth draw out to 29+" or will it begin to stack since it measures 56"? Thanks for the help on this.

I think it may stack alittle for your longer draw and being a 56" SAG.I would look at the Black Widow website or give the guys at Black Widow a call and ask them. They are a great bunch of guys and always helpful with any questions.

I draw 30" and my PSRV is perfect at 58". I think based on how the 58" feels, for me a 56" PSRV would be a little too short. The SAG I had and sold was 58" and the few 56 inchers I shot were definitely too short at my draw.

I ave a 29" draw, although I've never shot an SAG, I had a 56" PSR. It was very smooth at my draw with no stacking.

I know it will stack.  Had a 56" and anything more than 28 1/2" started to show stacking
