Here's another 52" static I just finished. This riser is ebony and black phenolic, myrtle limb veneers. I'm really liking the myrtle, becoming one of my favorites.

Wow its looks great! I like darker woods but myrtle is heading towards the top of my list too. I'm in the process of building a ziricote and myrtle takedown longbow. Hope mine turns out half as good as yours.
