I usually add a couple tracking lights, bottle of ibuprofen, case of water, batteries, change of clothes and some canned food. I would love to have a takedown bow that was impervious to heat to keep in there as well.

Just wondering what you guys add for season.

This stuff ain't no rocket surgery science!

If I'm hunting with my van I'll often have a Jet Sled in the back.  I also have a Coleman lantern, rope, hatchet, extra rattling antlers, toilet paper for tracking, etc.  If I'm using my Expedition I will use a Hitch Haul instead of the Jet Sled.

Don't vehicle recovery gear just in case. Had to use mine to pull my pickup out of a deep rut two weeks ago.

Tomahawk
Hooyman Saw
MSR Dragonfly Stove
Couple gallons of water
Few Mtn House meals
Lonewolf Hand Climber
Few Knives
Roll of 3mil visqueen
1000' spool of parachord(Probably 400' left)
Hennesy Hammock
Always a small pack with a complete change of simple clothes.  Socks/skivvies/cargo pants/tshirt/hoodie/shoes

Most of this stuff is in my car year round and stays in the tire/jack stowage.  I'm sure there's other things....I don't feel like listing all of the hunting stuff I keep in my plano box with my camo.  Since I switched to the lone-wolf climber it's like I have no stand in the trunk at all.  I'm not missing the Summit anymore.

I always have my bow in my vehicle during hunting season. wrapped in a white blanket and laid on back floor I have never worried about a bow in the heat. I also have all myhunting stuff in the way back. I hunt everyday of the season so that means heading out right after work except for weekends and the 3 weeks in November I am on vacation. Shawn

I lean a different way. A number of guys in the area have had their vehicles broken into while on stand, so I try to carry all I need. If that's not possible then I hide everything I can in the woods off the road so my vehicle isn't targeted. Part of the downside of hunting right off a busy road I guess.   :dunno:

my trucks stuff stays in all year as well. i travel alot so my kits are inclusive enough that i can get out of most any situation and travel by foot for a week without worry.
I have a camelback packa that i stuff under my truck back seat that is fully loaded with everything i need for emergency situations and survival.
I also have a recovery bag to help if i get stuck.
Also have a full tool kit that i built. this tool kit is awesome and has full standard and metric sockets, wrenches, hex, torx, philips, flathead, side cutters, pliers etc. the tools fit in a small tool bag and stufs under my back seat.
Always have extra lights, lantern, knives, medicines etc in the truck. And a good saw. Always have about 4 gallons of water in the truck in small water bottles.

I have all my stuff in my truck.
But this year I have double of everything since my son is going to be with me a lot more. I tend to bring my bow inside every night
