Phone Black Widow and ask them. To make sure you don't destroy the limbs by accident.

I am tomorrow but want to shoot today , it has a FF string on it and has been shot that way by previous owner and me but the bow was called to question by someone I know about the age of it and I got curious thnx

Ralph, my records show 4 digit s/n's prior to 6853 should use dacron string.  I have these numbers for a good while, but I think they are correct.  As suggested, check in with BW.
The 4 digit numbers were used prior to 1991.
Hope this helps.

Ralph, this is from Blackwidows website.

Q: "Can I shoot FastFLIGHT or DynaFLIGHT 97 string on my bow?"

A: If your bow was made before 1988 (serial number 6782 or lower), you should NOT use FastFlight or Dyna 97 type strings. If in doubt, please call us here to make sure.
