And so he should be. He was a great man and contributed hugely to the archery world.
I visited with him in his store one time. I was admiring all of his trophys and was asking him about them, I thought it was very funny when he said it was no big deal cause there was so much game that all one had to do was shoot an arrow up in the air and you would kill something.
He had a very nice Roosevelt elk trophy that he took just a few miles from my house.

He's still one of my heroes, and I'm fortunate to be able to remember him as my friend.  We're all fortunate for him having been a part of traditional archery!

Thanks,Ken

Thanks to whomever made this happen. I was guilty of whining about it and not doing much else.

Thanks to whoever took the time to compose it.  He certainly deserves to be there.

A very well deserved honor.  Glenn did as much or more for traditional archery than just about anyone in the history of our sport and deserves a lot more recognition than he generally receives.
Great job!   :clapper:    :clapper:    :clapper:

Hey that is great! I got to meet Glen at his Northwest Archery shop when traveling through Seattle years ago. I was just telling my daughter that story this past weekend!

Northwest Archery was located on my route home from work, and I had way too many inquiries from my wife about our credit card charges.

By the way, it was real common to see the Real Bowdoc Don Ward on the premises so I was usually late for dinner.  Bowdoc's son Troy was an employee and one of the nicest and most knowledgeable persons with whom I dealt.

I sure miss Northwest Archery and Glenn.

So there IS a little justice in the world!
Thanks for making it happen, and thanks for the heads-up.

And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Great to hear that. I had the opportunity to talk to Mr, Glenn a few years back. He struck me as a smart but practical kind of gentleman.
He is one of my few heroes for sure.
