I'll use a bow quiver if the situation favors it, but my favorite for hunting is the GFA Side Quiver.  i find it is about perfect for nearly all types of hunting I do...

I will have to vote twice.
Bow quiver unless it is raining and then I go to the mini cat which I will call a back quiver.

White Oak

Don't care for anything on my bow. I use a Catquiver II. It carries all my gear in one place.Just grab it and go.

I don't like my quiver on my bow and for now I just have a back quiver, I want to make a side quiver..

KILLER B

I use a back quiver I made from some bamboo and river cane and a piece of rubber. If im going trough thick stuff I normaly just flip it around to the front.

But until now I've used a bow quiver. I've tried other types with mixed results and feelings about them. I'm currently making a side quiver/possibles bag combo to try later this year.

I like the Thunderhorn bow quiver. Its quiet and I like the convenience and the fact Im not wearing anything that always seems to catch on something.

BamBooBender

I like the side stalker type quivers or lakota style style quivers.

Goodbye Shiner you were always a good dog.

I've been using a cat quiver for the past several years. I like the way they protect the fletchings.

I use a bowquiver. I feel it is easier for me to get through the woods without and quiver on my back and if I'm wearing a pack. I've never been a fan of side quivers or Catquivers for me it's difficult putting arrows back in a Catquiver without taking it off every time.

Dave Lay

voted other, cause its not really a back quiver  but I use a cat quiver 2 and cat 6.. never found a better way to tote arrows huntin, and tried them all.

I have been using a Bow quiver for deer hunting just because I like to have as few things to carry into he woods as I can.

For small game it could be bow, side or back quiver depending on the day and how thick the area I'm hunting is.

For target and 3-D I tend to go with a side or belt quiver.

I tried a side quiver. It snags on brush while I'm trying to sneak up on something. I guess it would be o.k. in a treestand, but I don't expect I'll take it out again. Who knows.

I'm not sure what to answer.  I use both, but like hip quiver in a deer stand and bow quiver when still hunting hogs...hmmmmmmm

Matt E

I voted for the side quiver. I don't like anything attatched to my bow but a string. Also with a side quiver you can pull and nock a arrow with the least movement.

whitebuffalo

I didn't see home made on there so I voted other
