For many years I have used The Archery Exerciser, made by Bowfit.  Well after years, the tube started to dry rot.  A quick email to the company - I get a response within the hour asking for my home address.  A couple of days later they send me a replacement tube free of charge.  That is a great company!

That is, indeed, great service! It sounds like a good product produced by a well run company.

Great customer service is often an after thought, but when & if the day comes that it's needed, it is priceless. I always like to see these threads that recognize good people that stand behind there product.
