Has anybody shot both two and three blade broadheads through the screen on a blind window?  Is there any difference on impacts to arrow flight?

I have shoot two blades through the window screens and I couldn't tell a difference but that was at 10 to 15 yards though.

I shoot two blades and my buddy shoots three blades and neither of us can tell a difference.

Heck, I even shoot my string tracker with my two blades through the mesh with no problems.

I have only found two issues with shooting through mesh:

1) The mesh cuts down your available hunting time in the evening. It gets too dark to shoot through the mesh 10 to 15 minutes before it would be too dark to shoot without the mesh. To me, this is acceptable because of the freedom of movement in the blind that the mesh affords me.

2) DO NOT shoot through the mesh at a hard angle. Shooting through the mesh at a very hard angle is the only thing that I have ever experienced that messed up the flight of the arrow.

For some reason, shooting thru mesh seems to affect
my depth perception. Anyone have this issue ?

Make shure to set the blind up so the sun will never directly strike the window you will shoot out of....ya won't be able to see a thing, not to mention the critters will be able to see ya better!     As far as the depth perception goes, you might have to change your netting out for a more subdued pattern.
The wishbone will never replace the backbone.

Tradhunter...thanks for the tip.
I have to try that.

Yes, things look a little different thru the mesh. You need to practice some to get it right. Any blind I hunt with mesh I take a rangefinder to and measure all the trees or big rocks or any land mark so that there is no guessing when I have a critter in front of me.
