I have a Herway Carnivore with nice, heavily figured waterfall bubinga - the name on the bow is "Bubinga Seduction"      :help:      It is also has yellowheart or something like that (not osage).  It was my first bow that I learned on.  Here are crappy pics the guy who sold it to me used:

Kieth, lots of pics on Caribows site. Click the link to his facebook page. I have bubinga sapwood on a slynx and love it. I think Abe cuts his own veneers.

Very nice pieces of wood!
I am always been a fan of Bubinga,a very dense and tough wood, excellent choice for risers.

Kirk called it "snakefight grain"   :)

Here's on the bow in finished form:

and how it "stacked up" with the wild bocote he had for me.  Ended up with a waterfall bubinga I beam, belly ramp caps, and the face veneers, bocote on the back veneers.

Kirk, that Black Mamba bow is fantastic. Great job.

Doc Nock

Will,

Thanks. That will likely be my last bow in this life!

The credit for the great wood goes to God

The credit for picking those woods and puttin it all together in a great looking, but better SHOOTING bow, goes to the artist, Kirk @ Bigfoot!

Yeah, I really like the Waterfall in my Caribow, too.  Abe's veneers are amazing.

Well that's just great.   Now I want a new bow.   U guys have some amazing rigs!
Let's go to the woods and learn things about life (Penelope, age 4, to me).

Here is another Bubinga bow that now resides in South Africa. The black Mamba was carved from sugar maple.

I am incredibly impressed by this workmanship. You really seem to love what you do and it's great to see!
