I'm looking to get some 10X glass and was wondering if anyone is using the Zeiss Conquest HD's?  Great, good or just fair?

I will tell you what I was told when I asked the same question.  It is the same as buying the Ford of the Porsche family.  I bought a used set of 10x42 Victory and glad I didnt settle for something I would have eventually replaced with what I finally bought.

Cabela's calls them "entry level" in the description so that caused me to wonder about quality.

I like mine. I picked them over the Swarovski's

The Terra's are the Zeiss entry level. Conquest are a step up.

The Conquest HD gets good marks with the birders.
There is a lot of good quality competition in that price point.

One pair you might look at in the same price range that recently earned high marks in Field and Stream are the Meopta 10 x 42 HD's.  The Cabela's Euro is the same thing made by Meopta for Cabela's.  Similar price point and great glass.

IMO, You need to look through several models and makes. and pick what it right for you.  Lots of good glass in that price range including the better Vortex models.
