Hello all!

My name is Alex, I'm 25 and currently serving in the USN. Finally a member of TradGang and I'm glad to be here!
My brother Chuck (nineworlds9) turned me on to trad bow shooting and hunting about 6 months ago when I was home on leave, fell in love instantly. He recently sent me my first bow as a gift (thanks again bro) It's a Toelke Whip 2 piece TD and boy is she a beauty. Luckily and coincidently theres a range here on base so I get to shoot pretty frequently. Theres a trad only shoot up in Wisconsin at the end of the month I plan on going to, excited to meet other bowmen and see If I cant learn a thing or two.

Hehe makes me all warm and fuzzy to see little bro here, can't say I didn't have anything to do with it  ;)   Thrilled you love your Whip Al, some of best money I've ever spent in my life for sure.  You sure have more raw natural talent with a bow than I could ever hope for.  I'm floored by your progress and proud as only a big brother can be...can't wait for our first hunt together!!!

Archery isn't something I do, it's who I am!
The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

Welcome and enjoy this grand gathering and the trad journey!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Absolutely, my big bro and I have always been very close with our interests.
I'm currently stationed in IL but theres a trad only shoot coming up just across the border in Kenosha at the Kenosha Bowmen club the weekend of my birthday July 27th-28th.
