5-7 days a week, 20-30 arrows a day.  I shoot  until I'm too tired to get a good draw.

learning the mental game with a cllicker - always do approx 10-20 shots per day.  If kids and wife are away i will do many more.  I will add that i am learning to STOP when i am not sticking to my routine and come back later.  Forcing myself to only shoot good shots.  getting better.....

I do not practice. I go hunting or go out side and play with my bows. Practice is work and I do that at work. My bows are for fun and relaxation.

About 4 days a week. I can't shoot behind my house, I have to drive out to the club (5 miles)but I enjoy traditional archery enough that I don't mind.

I shoot two sessions a day weather permitting. This morning I shot about 50 times and held to the count of 10 before releasing on each shot. It's not easy for me to do that and have to really gut it out.

Been releasing before I have a good sight picture as of late so wanted to try and get control again. Will see this afternoon if it helped.

Good stuff guys....I like Cherokee's thread about a lesson or two. Took them years ago....I am very aware of form when I shoot...I also practice 10 to 50 yards....I prefer hunting shots at 20 yards and under.....thx for all the imput...I sure alot of newer shooters do as well....jackdaw

For me, less is more. I shoot only 1 arrow at a time at each target, about a doz. shots each session. Find that I can focus well doing that. Would rather shoot those 12 shots perfectly than 100 where I can't keep mentally focused.

Practice or just Shooting......I have modified my time with the bow to be mostly shooting for fun after the season and then work on form leading up to the season. So when I'm just having fun I don't shoot as much, when I'm working to perfect my form, I work hard at it.

We're a lucky bunch are we not.  It is obvious from all the above responses trad shooters love to shoot and shoot a lot.  Now don't you feel sorry for those crossbow guys?  How many bolts you figure they send down range on a daily basis?

I shoot almost daily. Sometimes 15-20 shots. Sometimes over a 100. It depends on the day. I am obsessed with obtaining perfect form in order to consistently hit where I am aiming. Apparently, this is a never ending endeavor. Hoping to meet up with Rod Jenkins someday, as I agree a little coaching can be good.
Shoot Straight, Feel Great!

I shoot most every day, not so much for serious practice but simply because I love the feel of the taught string and the flight of the shaft.
Come closer to season I get way more serious about practice.
