Would someone be kind enough to reveal what source or sources were utilized to procure TrueFlight 4"...Pink Barred...Shield Cut....LW feathers w/o cutting your own or purchasing them direct?

Hit up Magnus. I saw some pink barred feathers he did and they looked awesome. They were really pink and not some ugly off red.

Just checked, 3rivers has them.

Sometimes at 3Rivers when you go to select the length, 4", 5", 5.5", there will be two 5" or two 4" listed. Look at each setting. Sometimes they list different colors in the different settings.

Was excited when I found Big Jim had two packs at the TN CLassic...scarfed them up. Big Jim is not planning to carry any more.


Had actually contacted TrueFlight last year attempting to obtain a source contact which carried these. TrueFight confirmed that they would make the 4"...Pink Barred...Shield Cut....LW feathers, however no dealer had ever ordered them. They asked me to prod the dealers. Yes, I could have procured them direct with an ~$20 surcharge.

Discussed the request with 3Rivers at the World event at Twin Oaks last summer. 3Rivers communicated that they would take my request into consideration, conduct an evaluation and carry this particular fletch if warranted.
