After a couple of very hectic weeks, I have some good news for you guys and some better news.  

The good news?  Due to the overwhelming support of you guys, we'll have to ship out cookies in several batches (pardon the pun), with the first packages of cookies headed out on Tuesday.  Sonja and Ellie are cranking out the cookies as I type...here's a sneak peek:

The better news?  Ellie had her three month appointment (she has to have a checkup every three month), and her a1c (measure of her control of her Blood sugar) came back in the "excellent" range for her age.  With a huge "Thank you" to organizations like St. Jude's, she's able to stay healthy, happy, and lead a normal life.

Huge "THANK YOU!!!!" to all you guys that donated, and all you guys that made this possible.

Great news all around!

Thanks gentlemen!  She's had all "excellent" or "good" ratings on her checkups since her diagnosis.  How she tolerates the constant swings, finger pokes, ups and downs is beyond me.
