Getting ready to leave from Wi. in the morning, are they getting dumped on? Anyone got any feedback from someone already there? I have been there when the big rains came and its not a pretty site.

it's Comptons weekend....only been one year that it did'nt rain......."batten down the hatches, full speed ahead !!!!"  

We will be heading out in an hour, I just wanted to check this post one last time to see what to pack. Looks like a typical Compton weekend coming up, I will enjoy it no matter what the weather will be !

I'm surprised there are not more Compton posts here, if i'm not losing my memory, I thought I remembered more Compton posts in the past years.

It only drizzled a few hours last night. No wind or hail. Beautiful high clear sky today and nice and cool. come on to Compton's, gonna be beautiful and lots of fun to be had!

Today couldn't be more beautiful! Real quiet today, I should be out shooting before the real craziness kicks in!
