Pink feathers, pink wrap so that when I miss, easier to find. HA HA!

Seriously, I used to worry about getting busted by deer seeing bright colors, I learned that what's interesting is ungulates see in black and white.  I've seen pictures of arrows/blinds etc rendered in a fashion of what I saw a deer would see. From this image, brightly colored feathers look bland or nondescript and barred feathers stick out like a sore thumb.  Evenly spaced horizontal or vertical strips on the feather look unnatural.

I won some really cool One Stringer arrow wraps on the St Jude's auction. Seems like pink feathers will have to go on them. Either all pink, or 2 pinks and a white cock feather.

Chartruse & Blaze Orange on my hunting arrows!!!

My son Tyler is learning to fletch arrows this year. He wants to go with a single color sceme... We're going to try Blue, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow... 2 solid hen feathers, with a matching color barred cock feather.
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

I really like bright colors so I can see my arrow in flight. Chartuse and pink are my favorite with white running a close second. All on a reflective white wrap.

Different colors for different spine wts. Yellow with natural barred cock feather on my 65# bow. Black with white cock feather on 55# bow. White with orange cock feather on 50# bow. 3 barred natural feathers on 54# bow, white with barred cock feather on 59# bow.

Color code works very well until those senior moments when I forget which color scheme matches which bow.

Triple pink feathers, two small pieces of reflective wrap, one in front and one in back of fletching.

I will be using some chartreuse ones on some woodies soon.
