One fine bow, what a beautiful bow. Love the veneers and the dedication. Hope you enjoy her forever.

Fantastic. I was about 1 hair from ordering a buffalo but decided to go for a Black Creek in the end since I like the name better (that's how close the decision was) you hear so much good about his bows and the man himself I'm going to be back there for sure!
That is an amazing piece of cocobolo as well, did he stain it or did it have that rich brown colour already?

sagebrush

Nice looking bow. Now you just need to get some blood on it. Gary

Scott far as I know Jim didn't have to stain it. Believe the wood is the way it was.

I really don't like to stain wood. I prefer to use wood that has it's own natural beauty and I didn't stain the wood on this bow either.

I am a woodaholic and can't pass by a good looking piece.

Thanks guys, bigjim

Man that is one fine bow.  I live less than 2 hours from Jim, been meaning to meet him/visit his place in Albany when I find the time.  One of his bows is def on my bow bucket list.
