Anybody have a new one I could buy? I can't just order that from a catalog as I'll   pay more in shipping.

I work just down the road from 3Rivers. I could pick one up and send it to you for $8.55 and plain postage.

A tire innertube will also work if you don't mind not having the 'fancy' type.  One tube will gve you quite a few sleeves.  I do think Shurgrip is better, but sometimes you have to make do with what's available.
