I'm pretty sure a sponsor here does it. Magnus and his name is Matt Gundock.

Danny,
Magnus did a good job for me. I have done it myself in the past and it is not worth it when comparing what Matt did. I had him just process into full length for me then I chopped them myself. I have a 5.5" LW shield chopper and banana if you want to borrow them.

I do mine, but way time consuming, let alone the mess.

I ordered mine with colors. From order time to when I had them in my hand was less than a week.
I would have to agree with all of the others, Give Matt a shot.

I do mine, got a pile again this spring.   I had built a jig but the great northern jig works better than my crude clamp lol...I did notice some were slightly off..the bases were canted just a touch it seemed.  it doesnt seem to be enough to notice it when fletched.  The top shelf in the fridge is solid feathers....I think I need a vacation from the vacation ha!

Easy to deal with the mess...clamp your shop vac to your drill press and you're done. Cant help ya on the stink.   Burning feathers is one thing...grinding  them, gag ya LOL!

Get a Great Northern jig and a drill press and go to town.  The jig really does a nice job.  I'll stand and grind out a bunch feathers at a time.  It gets monotonous but you can turn them out in decent quantities.
