Anybody ever have any problems with weakening a wood riser by drilling a hole in it to mount a Kwikee quiver?

I did it on a Martin Hunter years ago without any problems.  If I were doing it today I would buy some inserts to put in first and then put quiver on.  3Rivers has them and I'm sure the are other folks how carry them.

Go with the inserts if you want to use one!!

I have done several. I didn't notice any weakening. The kwikee is my favorite bow quiver. I have tried several others but always come back. Gary

No need to drill holes just use a Great nothern Bowfishing adapter they are cheap and you don't need to drill holes. I have been using it for my quiver for 4 years now.  here is a link
