Yep it's me, finally!  After almost 15 years of applying I finally drew a archery cow elk tag and man I cannot wait!  I will be doing as much prep and legwork before as possible to ensure a great hunt so if anybody has any info that will help me I certainly appreciate it.  Have to pick a zone by July and just have never hunted the elk areas there all my KY hunting is done in the western areas.  Thanks
They'll be no quitters till we bag us some critters!

Congrats!  Now for the daydreaming at work and sleepless nights! LOL.

Congrats Mark.  Lemme know if you need any contacts as the guide my 14 yo son used last year on his archery cow hunt got it done quick and was money well spent.  The cows can be really tough as they've been harassed by hunters and the bulls for over a month and sometimes you may go days w/out seeing one.  We got lucky and located a few and my son made an awesome 47 yard shot.

Congrats on the draw. I would put in my area to hunt as early as I could, seems that if you wait till later, may not be picked in any of the areas you put in for, way it was when my wife drew. Pm me if I can be of any help.
