Pregnant Doe

Took a walk about at the farm today. Saw this doe coming and sat and waited on her. Snapped a few picts as she passed. Looks like she is getting pretty big.

The fetuses of a May 1 road-killed doe that I measured were about 10-12 days from being full term (gestation about 200 days for whitetails).  This would have made her a little earlier than average for Iowa.
