Just got one of these little 13 inch risers and can't believe how well it handles!  I haven't seen much info on this riser and its easily the nicest metal ILF riser I've owned no question.  With a 29 inch draw the bow with med limbs is 56ntn and there is no finger pinch what so ever.  Can't wait to shoot a few critters with it.

Retirement ain't what it's cracked up to be.

here are some pics, not the best but give you an idea.  I still can't believe how much I like this riser over the others I've had.  I'm kinda a ILF bowaholic

AZ_Shooter

Did you order directly from VPA?  What was the cost for the riser?

Gehrke145

look up big Jim on here he sells them. i got mine from razor. just sent him an email

northener

Looks just like a shorter version of Hoyt's Pro Vantage compound bow of the 90's

glad it's a shooter for you

Lots of original ideas in that design.

Glad you like it Adam.

agreed on getting the facts straight.  heading out in a few for turkeys.  Shooting Blackmax limbs on it pulling about 55lbs.

'Lots of original ideas in that design. Yep.' I'm assuming this is sarcastic?  I've had several risers from morrison, ********,DAS, three rivers dalaa and now VPA. Comparing any of them is about the same as comparing high dollar optics, they all are great if you spend the money.  One just ends up clicking for you.

I don't want this getting into a bash thread.  I'm just giving a heads up on a newer riser that got a little smeared (my opinion) when they hit the market.  I've shot Bobs ilf risers from the first metal one to the second or third gen ones.  This riser is not the same by any means, similar yes, the same not at all.

Headed up the mountain be back later

Glad you like your riser. I am sure that it suits you very well.

Would love to try one. Although I'm not a huge short bow fan, that orange riser looks so nice

I love some of the short ILF risers and you do not have to have them set up to be a short bow. I have a 15" Belcher and a set of XL Borders and it makes a 61" bow, very smooth. I would like to get a close-up of this one, looks kind of like some of the Belchers. Nice! Shawn

Thought you might like it Adam.

Ever tried a Tight-spot on one of your ILF's. Works great and have it set up to go between all my bows.

Really enjoying the Vapor From VPA, Bomb Proof Hunting ILF Rig.
