I have been trying to find a blind for turkey hunting for a coupe of years.  My ground blinds don't seem to be effective enough and I dislike sitting in the dark pop-ups. I bought a blind from LL Bean that I think will do the trick.  It is small and compact when rolled up like a tent.

The big bag will carry my seat and two decoys, and the blind. The blind is in the little bag.  It could easily be carried in the pouch pocket of most vests.

I like your set up!

My limited resources stop me from purchasing a lot of stuff and drive me to finding ways of making my own.

It is very easy to make a small portable folding blind or a blind that attaches onto your bow.

Cut 4 panels of concrete wire, zip tie them together so they will fold. Cover it with the die-cut leafy camo material.

If you cut out the cross wire at the bottom it leaves the down wire for inserting into the ground.

Wind hasn't ever been an issue with this blind.

The 1st one I made I used burlap(I don't recommend using burlap)

Great looking set up!  I'm not sure I could do a hunt this spring without getting drenched.  One of the nice things about an enclosed blind.  If the weather looks good I'd go with your system!

Is there only one window to shoot thru? How High does that stand in order to conceal movements, especially the upper limb of your bow when drawing?
And if you don't mind my asking, whats the cost? I too am rethinking my current blind.

I've looked at those blinds myself but just haven't pushed the GO button on it yet. They are very light also, which makes transport a nonissue. Good luck this year. I've had so many turkeys around the house here in Greene this spring that I quit counting.

The blind does stake down, and generally needs to as it is a sail in the wind. It has two windows, but I think it would be tough to put two archers in the blind and stay low.  With higher seats you could shoot over it (it is 41" tall).  I like it with the low seat as only the tip of the limb, especially the short super mag, sticks above the blind.  It was pricier than I wanted to spend at around $140, but much less than a double bull.  I saved up, hopefully it will help me score on a turkey with the bow this year.  

I have thought about your style set up Mudd, but I don't even like the weight of a bow quiver on this little Bear bow.

You could zip tie some leafy limbs in the middle the project upwards to hide any top bow limb movement after you put it up.

I was skeptical at first opening the thread but thats pretty neat. I think you will actually be able to pull off the draw. With full camo you should have no problem. I like it!
