We just have different opinions on colors cause I would call your Bow a dark honey, dont look like milk chocolate to m e, but maybe that is just me!

LOL...yep...did not say that one was dark milk chocolate but it will continue to darken...

my point was that osage is going to darken and some dont realize that they are going to lose that bright yellow or mild tan color when they first see it....

I agree with you...the one I showed in pic is not dark...but well on the way.  :)

My son has a HH Tembo with brown glass over bamboo with extremely nice figured myrtle and it gets me drooling/

Gorden Glass is now making a different shade of brown that I'm excited to make a bow out of.  The old brown is really reddish brown.  Almost a dark burgany.  the new brown is lighter color and brown, brown.  I think it will be more fitting with a lot of different riser wood.
The new Bear '59 ers have the new brown glass.  Chad

Hey Chad, Is it a different color than the limbs i posted above. that is Gordon's 2012 brown glass @ .040.  i just bought more and it's the same color....do they have two shades now?

Holm-Made

I can't tell from the picture.  The new stuff has no red tint to it.  If yours has a red tint it is different.

Real brown glass would be great! Nothing like feathering in brown glass overlays that look burgundy when done  :D

Which color would you call the brown glass Bob Lee uses? I had a sportsman takedown, with brown glass, that I didn't notice a reddish cast on; but, maybe I didn't look close enough. It was much lighter than the brown glass, on the red wing hunter, I had at the same time.
