just spent a week in the Boston area, Andover to be exact.....had drivers every morning and afternoon to and from my training class.....found out that three of the six were Traditional bowhunters and two of the other three hunt......blew me away as I expected to get blasted for hunting......all at my training facility (the employees) hunted......I learned something new about the Northeast....." yous guys ain't all bad"......  

Yep, lots about the NE that I didn't know.  I've spent a lot of time over the past few years training folks there for NASP.  Things I've learned:

1. They have lots of wild places.
2. They have more diverse wildlife than where I live; Moose & Bear.
3. Even before NASP they had more schools teaching archery than my state did.
4. They talk funny (sorry -Ha).

Post indigenous hunting in north America was pioneered in the northeast.  

The worst parts about the region are the liberals, no hogs and coldish winters.

Pa has the most hunters then any other state and we are in the NE.

Ya there are a few of in Maine also lol.

Lol, you southern boys make me laugh. There's quite a few few of us rednecks up here. Just gotta get away from the big cities and all them yuppies. Ya'll be surprised at what you might find. The Adirondacks is a pretty big chunk of wild lands. Although I'm located on the doorstep of the Allegheny mountains, Zoar valley/ springville area to be more specific. Pretty nice country, friendly people to.

Liberals are OK hunting buddies too. Who talks politics in the treestand anyway? Hunting camp id for hunting stories and cold beer, not rhetoric and debate. ..... unless we're debating trad vs training wheels.

You see Maryland is right smack in the middle of the North east and lots of Tradhunters in my part of the woods...You can tell the True tradhunters from the North cause we have this twang in our voice...Maybe 5 every 10 square miles or so and some of those migrated over here from the Western shore!    :D

Tyler, I may be back the second week of May....I was training at Standard Company on Connector Road.......from the places that I was able to see, it looks like deer heaven.....I learned alot at the school, but I also learned alot about "people" last week......differant back grounds but we are all much the same.....
