Does anybody know what Jim's thunderchild string length is support to be for his 58" model, I got one of his bows used and the string that came with it is 55" and braces at 5 3/8 which I know is way short.
Thanks Matt

Ps 8:3 ¶ When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

I made several strings for several TC's and they are all 4" shorter and it would be around 8" brace height...I made for 56" and 54" TC bow lengths so my not so educated guess would be a 54" string for that 58" TC

ps. that would be with the string stretched out between 2 nails that equates the string length

Jim recommended a brace height of 8" plus or minus 1/2 inch with my 56" two piece Thunderchild. Shoots the best for me at 8". Twist it up to get where you want and pull it off and measure it under tension.
