Not sure how heavy exactly, but the remind me of a tomahawk cruise missle in flight.  :D   They are ramin, 29 1/2"BOP, 3 lw 5" parabolics. Not sure how heavy the BH's are(they were my Dad's), but it all seems to work well. Heavy, fly true and hit with some force. I buried the blunt about 1/2 into the wooden target stand with a miss, no harm done.
I got em all to spine about 65#, which is a tad heavy for my 45# @ 28 LB. All in all, Im pretty happy with them....even the "river cane look" came out ok for winging it. What do ya think? will they work for hunting? Any reason I shouldnt use em?

If they don't come off your bow sideways I'd use them for close in deer hunting. Come by my house this weekend and we can check them out buddy.

They look good Jamie, I have one arrow with a Howard Hill broad head on it. That thing weights in at 600, but i shot it a a target at 20 yards fly's good hits like a freight train, I'll have it in my quiver during deer season.

I agree if they fly good ,use them. I used compressed ramin wood shafts for alot of years just because they would be a good 100 grains or more heavier than cedar shafts.

I think I will go with these and the chundoo arrows I built earlier.  Thanks Jim, I love they way these things look.
I did some more shooting with them tonight. Only time they flew a little strange was when I snap shot. Otherwise they are good, and it actually echos when they hit the target bag. Now to sharpen Bhs...

Seems like a fine set of arrows. Just make sure that the weight difference between your ramins and your chundoos doesn't throw you off...

Some of the best arrows i've had were made out of rammin, I once made a 1k grain arrow (had to wrap it with wire to get it up weight) flew like a brick and hit like one too....btw those arrows look great!
