I bought some those fingers savers for granddaughter's bow. How do you put them on string? Has two pieces of rubber and a cotter pin. Do I push the end of string thru tiny hole of rubber things? Thanks

Use the cotter pin to hook one end of the string and use it like a needle pulling thread to pull the string through the rubber.  Once the string loop is through, just work the "savers" down to the string serving.  You might have to put one on top of the nocking point and one below if split finger. Both below the nocking point if three under.

Set so they now place the nocking point.

Make sure to wax the string loops and string heavily before you try and slide them down, will help tremendously!
They'll be no quitters till we bag us some critters!

I did this on my daughters bow recently... I needed pliers to pull the cotter pin and loop through the hole on the finger savers.

Be sure to do all that was suggested above. We install  ab unch of them on our youth bows and we do all the steps mentioned
