Hey guys,

With just a very few opening for Quebec bear left in 2013 we are already starting the planning for some dates in 2014 for our Trad Gang gathering. Right now we have the hunt planned to start on June 11, 2014. I wanted to give everyone that might want to attend plenty of time to plan. We are going to have us a great time and bring home some monster bears.

If you need information on this hunt just give me a call. While there is a ton of information on my website, I will be happy to talk your ear off about these great wilderness hunts.

There are still a couple spots left in 2013 and the Trad Gangers are hunting in Mid June. If you are still considering 2013, please call me quick as I REALLY want to fill it up with the folks from here. Remember the TG discount- $100.00 off or free airport pick up in Montreal.

$2,650 gets it ALL! Lodging, meals, all guide services, multiple hot baits per person and guides that have a great passion for the tradbow.

I hope to hunt with you soon.

Guys this is a great price for this camp. I was lucky enough to hunt it twice, before Jerry took it over. There are alot of big bears there ALOT!, great camp w showers , hot meals, nice cabins. Just a great place to hunt bears we saw a few moose, and wolves while there as well. Wish I had the money would do it again in a second, AWESOME! camp

Thanks Jack,

I look forward to hunting with you guys in 2014. When we get past this spring, I will get all the Trad Gang guys talking and we will set a firm Trad Gang week so everyone can start planning.

Todweelz,

I hope you can make it back up with us one day. It is a special place for sure. It is difficult, at best, to describe just how special.

Still a spot or two for 2013 guys. If you are still considering a bear hunt, lets talk about it. The Trad Gang discount still applies- $100.00 off or free airport pick-up. All our guides are stick bow shooters and we will work like dogs to get you a great bear.

As a newcomer to tradbow hunting, I can't express how excited I am about June's big bear hunt.  Jerry introduced me to the fun and rewarding world of traditional archery last year, and I am looking forward to my first real big game hunt. I've been shooting every day to prepare, and also doing some research on the beautiful area we will be hunting.  I really look forward to meeting some more members of the traditional bowhunting community and learning from their experience.  I'll be counting the days, hope to see some Tradgang members there!

Anyone heading up week of June 10, 2013?  I am driving up from MD for 6-day hunt.  I spoke with Jerry for about 20 minutes regarding equipment, broadheads, etc.

I bought one of those portable bear/boar 3-D targets.  A little rusty now, but will be ready for June.

Hey there RI Red,

I will definitely be up there during the week of June 10th this year.  I've been hunting with Jerry as a mentor for about 6 months now, and based on the hunts I have already been on with him, we are in for a great time. Will this be your first bear hunt?

RI Red

Evan, this will be my second bear hunt.  I went to ME several years ago, but no shooting; large sow with cubs.

Went to Williamsport, PA yesterday for the PBS Odd-Year gathering.  This had a nice set-up, a little snow, and a good day to be outside.  I am looking forward to the hunt.

Sounds chilly but pleasant. Can't wait to shoot bows, enjoy the wilderness, and exchange stories this June. What bow will you be using on the hunt? I have a 47# r&d Aztec built by Roy Hall, my first tradbow.

RI Red

Bringing 3-piece Acadian Stckbow.  64", 58 lbs. at my draw.  Recur eve grip, longbow limbs.  Very, very quiet.  The bow is very capable of much better shooting than me the operator.

See you soon.

Bill
