What is it in these pics?

These are game cam pics from mid MO between Cuba and Salem, MO. The easy answer is that it is a racoon but I don't think so. Look at the shoulders and coat. Doesn't one foot look like a black hoof or am I seeing things? There are some piggys down that way but I have had this property for almost 6 years and never seen a pig or gotten a pic of one in thousands of game cam pics.

What do you think? Sorry if the pics are too big, Photobucket says they are smaller than what's allowed here.

When a man shoots with a bow it is own vigor of body that drives the arrow,  his own mind controls the missile's flight......His trained muscles and toughened thews have done the work

No doubt about it....it's a raccoon bud.

Coon is possible. I just don't see a head or tail. Looks to big for a muskrat more like a nutria, but not sure if they live in that neck of the woods.

Yep, a cat-food and persimmon thief for sure!

In my experience living in the Tennessee River Valley, if you had a pig on that cam, we would not be discussing what it was. There would have been one in the first pic and by the time the shutter clicked again, it would have multiplied to a dozen. Ha!

I would vote for raccoon as well, if you look at the second pic around the glowing eye you can see a band of light colored hair then darker hair closer to the eye which in my opinion is the dark mask around a coons eyes.

I don't see a hoof. Looks like a coon.

It's a small grizzly bear.
Almost certain.
I used to see them all the time when I lived on Staten Island,
They live in the trees and usually only come out at night.

Kind of looks like a ground hog.  I've seen pics of ground hogs eating corn in the middle of the night.

b.glass

Looks like a pig to me. Second pic is from the rear and looks like a blurry pigs tail is there. Then there's the front left "hoof".
