Ya have to email the pic 100X100 (I believe) to admin for approval and they'll attach it for ya.

There are also sites on the web that will do this for you.  Just do a Google search for how to create your own avatar.  Once it does it for you and you save that avatar image you could then forward it to the guys to add to your profile.  Pretty easy stuff...just haven't found the right pic yet!!
