Until a new to me bow arrives.    I have been wanting one of these for years.   And soon, not soon enough, I will be greeting my mail lady with open arms .

The longest two hours    :p  Post some pics when you get the bow  :archer2:

I've been known to stalk the UPS driver in search of a bow

Sounds like a pretty special bow! You do realize that pics are in order. Keep us informed, i love it when someone gets a new toy.    :goldtooth:

Of all days for the mail to be late!  I'm not even gonna tell you guys how many times I've peeked down the road.   I'm not sure how many more times I can sweep the garage.

I had that experience last late summer...of course, everyone else's bow that shipped near mine, got to the South, NY, everywhere much earlier than me.

I think that whole "bow in shipment" is related to that old adage, "Watch Pot-never boils" or something!    :knothead:

You know these guys will be beating on you if you don't share pics and a story when it comes!

Enjoy the moment! Carly Simon's song "Anticipation" comes to mind!  :)
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Maybe the mail lady does not wish to be greeted "with open arms" and is delaying that as long as possible.   :biglaugh:
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

I'm lucky.  My bowyer lives just about an hour from me.  When he calls I just jump in the truck and pick it up.  Just have to make sure that I don't get caught speeding!

Sorry,   She is here, and I couldn't be happier with a used bow.   It is so hard not to run out back and shoot but temps have been in the low 30's here.    things are a little hectic around here with an almost 3 year old and almost one year old twins.  I will take some pics tomorrow .  I'm not gonna lie I am terrible with posting pics , so I might have to rely on a little help from somebody.   Man I can't wait to shoot this thing.

Ok,  I need to call in a favor.  I have some photos, but posting them and me don't get along.  So if there is anyone that is bored or wants to help me out a bit, it would be greatly appreciated.   Andy

Very, very nice. I don't usually comment on these threads nor do I love recurves but if I ever buy another... it'd have to be a tip w/ those sweet camo limbs. Congrats, you've got a beauty there.

Nice!
I used to wonder why people liked those old school camo limbs, but somehow they have grown on me and now I want me some!
