Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I'm down for the rabbit hunt anywhere or grouse in Canada.  But I'll need something to strap my German Shorthairs rear end into as she is now lame in both back legs.  Anyone knowing of such a wheeled contraption for a hunting dog (I've already seen the roller skate for foo foo dogs) please let me know.

SportHunter

Interested to see where this ends up.

7 lakes,  how old is your GSP?  Mine had a lame front leg this season and Dasaquin cleared it up. He acts 5 years younger. Might be worth a try.

Knawbone

I had GSP's in years past. Smart, great companion, universal hunting dogs.Would be great for any bird hunting.

Hey Sporthunter, Lucy is 6 years old.  She was born without a pelvic socket for her left leg.  Doc said the right now has injury induced arthritis. She was doing just fine with only one hind leg but now she doesn't have a rear leg to limp on.  I'll talk to the doc about the Dasaquin. Thanks for the heads up.  I'll try anything.

I hope I can get in on the 2014 trip. It was really a bummer not to play in 2013 party since it was just down the road from me a short distance. This is going to be interesting.

Of course I like the tx idea. Canada sounds awesome but that is pretty expensive from what I here.

All sounds great, what about missouri, they have ferral hogs, that they want killed, and no liscense or anything?  But, I agree with a place where small and large game is there.  Would be nice if we could work something out in texas with one of our sponsors.

ChrisM

I know that Mahaska has some great Havalina hunting.  They are a sponser here.

After watching the Georgia hunt unfold from afar, I picked up another Hill bow and am interested in 2013's hunt.  Javies/hogs I think would make for a fun, inexpensive, and social hunt.

toddster

I all ready talked with my wife and will be going to the next one.

How is the decision made on where to go. This would first one I attempt to go to?

How about hogs, armadillos, squirrels, rabbits, oppossum, raccoons, and bowfishing in Florida? We could do a special rate for Hill Hunt guys/gals, maybe add a day or two, also(since many will be driving).
We have added a couple properties and can handle more hunters now.

toddster

sounds interesting?  Would it be more convienant to be in middle of country or no?  I don't care I will be thee where ever we have it.

ChrisM

Yep I am already saving my pennies to go.

One of the best parts of the hunt for me was camping/ shooting/ campfires with these fine folks. Would there be room to accommodate all of this?
